The bounce went out of my bungee in the elastic band for my favorite headlamp - and the original head band was always short for my big head. I bought some high quality 1-inch elastic from the local craft store, and used the Austere 1" Cam Buckle to make a new and improved head band. This buckle stays where you set it. A really great product. I have already ordered some more of these buckles refit a few other similar headlamps. Woo-hoo!
