This may be the most over engineered belt out there but we think you'll like it.

Though y'all have been asking about a belt for years, we didn't want to release just another belt with all the issues as all other belts. We dreamt up what seemed like an impossible list of requirements and got to work.

For two years life was hard. We wanted something that wouldn't slip or self-adjust under crazy-high or intermittent loading. The trick was developing a suitable low-complexity, failsafe mechanism that genuinely performs better than other belts we've tested.

While people theoretically like infinitely adjustable belts, they tend to be frustratingly infinitely-adjusting. We've fixed that problem with a patent pending double-plate buckle that locks to prevent slipping and self adjusting. You set it in the morning, and it just stays there. That's it.

Specs:

- Billet aluminum body and slide

- Brass lock-bar

- Stainless steel screws

- 2.3"L x 2.04" W

- 42g buckle

- 1.5" smooth nylon webbing

Sizing: When picking a size we recommend taking your pant size and adding 14 inches if you want to tuck the tail in the first belt loop and 20 inches extra to go to the second belt loop. A longer belt makes it a more useful strap for other purposes (improvised arm sling or luggage strap). Keep in mind that pant size is not the same as your true waist measurement.

Keeps my pants up!

The locking mechanism is really good. Best webbing belt I’ve tried… no slipping or re-adjusting once you set it and lock it (this took a moment to figure out the locking part…). I’ve seen a few folks comment on the belt wearing holes in their shirts. Haven’t experienced this yet but will keep an eye on it. The webbing is soft and surprisingly thin/light. I was expecting a thicker heavier webbing but it seems to work well. Had to cut and re-solder the end to a shorter length, but it was no big deal. Really liking the belt; glad I went for it after thinking about it for a while.

Very Nice Belt - Watch Out for the Edges

This belt was everything I was looking for. Infinitely adjustable, would not loosen (holding tools/radios) , plus it looks nice.

The only problem (as mentioned in another review) is the "sharp" edges of the belt rip holes into t-shirts within days. This sucks as I really love the belt otherwise. My solution was to take files/sandpaper to my expensive, boutique belt and round over the edges. This worked, and I'm no longer tearing through my clothing, but I shouldn't have had to do that to such a nice product.

The quality/engineering is there, but not enough time testing.

I like this company, I like the products, and I hope this feedback can help them improve the belt.

Edges are too pointy

The belt works as advertised. However, the square shape results in pointy corners that poke holes in shirts when one bumps against a desk, counter, or another hard object. Pretty disappointing given the incredibly high price point.

I like this belt a lot, but it’s shredding my clothing, so I’m going to stop wearing it =\
